Warranty Information

Modality™ brand products are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period of 3 years from purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Modality™ warrants it will replace without charge any Modality™ brand product that is not merchantable because of defects in materials and workmanship. All textiles and soft goods eventually show signs of typical wear-and-tear, which is to be expected, and is not covered under our warranty. Labor, other materials, or cost of installation or removal are not covered by the warranty.
